SCERDO will be hosting their third support session circle with Jamaad on June 17th, 2021, 4:30 – 6:00 pm.

Jamad Fiin is a social media influencer best known for her basketball abilities and sportsmanship.

Jamad, while a basketball lover and player, is also CEO of Jamad Basketball camps, an organization that travels across the US and Canada giving much-needed space and venue for hijab-wearing and Muslim women and girls to play sports.

The circle is open to all young girls and women and mothers. Bi-weekly support circle with discussions focused around racism, sexism, islamophobia, community engagement, self-empowerment, and much more. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions in Alberta, our session will be held via ZOOM.
